About Us
V+ B Transportation was originally founded in 1994 under the company name “Patient Shuttle Service”. When the two businessmen, Vito Reyes and Bob De Guzman, became partners in 1997, they changed the name to V+B Transportation, Inc. We are one of the first Non-Emergency Medical Transportation companies serving Santa Clara County, as well as the largest one to provide wheelchair transportation in the county and surrounding area.
Joanne L. Phan took over day-to-day operations of V+B Transportation in 2008. She personally experienced grief and helplessness when her beloved mother went through a serious illness during her college years. Because of this firsthand experience, Ms. Phan has genuine compassion and sympathy for people living with illness. She made it her mission to make a difference in the lives of other families facing similar circumstances.  She is deeply honored to be able to support people with illness through V+B Transportation. She believes planning, training, effort, and hard work will ensure that all employees at V+B Transportation work together to achieve the highest quality of service. Our mission is to provide the most reliable, safest and on-time non-emergency medical transportation, while taking good care of patients, and excel in customer service.
