- We consider all of our patients to be part of our family, so it is our priority to ensure that we are doing everything feasible to provide the best possible care and doing our best to respond to your needs. If a problem arises, our office staff will address the issue immediately and come up with a resolution in a timely manner. Protocol requires staff to report to management and implement a corrective action to ensure the problem does not occur again.
- We take pride in our helpful and friendly reservation staff, which assists you with all the details and documents required in applying for our service. Our staff listens attentively to understand your needs and communicates clear instructions to our dispatchers and drivers to ensure accurate, on-time pickup and return.

- Our driving staff is highly experienced in the field of patient transportation.
- All of our drivers are fully certified in First Aid and CPR by the Red Cross.
- All drivers are required to pass alcohol and drug tests, physical exams, and criminal screenings.
- We only hire drivers with clean DMV records.
- New drivers must pass our rigorous 3-week training program.
- Our courteous drivers take good care of our valued patients, by treating them with respect and making every effort to gently transport patients to and from their destinations.

 To assure you of the utmost safety while riding in our vehicles, the Department of Health Services of The State of California inspects and licenses all of our equipment.
- All vehicles are fully equipped with wheelchair lifts and safety accessories.
- Our vehicles are equipped with effective two-way radio communications to respond promptly to patients’ needs.
- A navigation system is used to ensure our drivers arrive at pickup locations on time.
- All vehicles have a comprehensive maintenance plan to assure reliable operation, optimal performance, and safety.
- All vehicles are cleaned and inspected daily before they leave the base to serve our patients.
- Each driver is responsible for keeping the van meticulous by washing the exterior and replenishing medical kit supplies on a regular basis.
